The English Civil War (1642-1651) is one of the most important civil wars for the governance of the island, Britain. The war was between two sides, King Charles I's Cavaliers( The Royalists) and Parlimenterians (Roundheads). While the parliament was demanding more from the King, he was attempting to protect his benefits. In that committee, representatives will be responsible for both the management of the country in the parliament side and the commendation of the unorganized army, Roundheads.

General Assembly Committee is established within the context of the San Francisco Conference held in 1945. Within this conference, the basis for contemporary international cooperation was created. Due to the openness of the agenda, participants may bring up numerous issues of global character which can become objects of discussions and negotiations. In its work, the committee primarily deals with multilateral diplomacy and policy making.
