GKV JMUN 26 – Terms and Conditions

By registering for GKV JMUN 26, participants agree to the following terms:

1. Registration and Payment
   All participants must complete registration and pay the required fees within the specified deadlines. Registrations are only confirmed after payment is received.

2. Refund Policy
   Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of the Secretariat.

3. Code of Conduct
   Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the conference without refund.

4. Attendance and Participation
   Delegates are expected to attend all committee sessions and actively participate in debates.

5. Liability
   The organizers are not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

6. Media Consent
   By attending the conference, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

7. Changes to the Event
   The Secretariat reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, committees, or event format if necessary.

By registering, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms.

GKV JMUN 26 – Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Aydınlatma Metni

GKV JMUN 26 organizasyonu kapsamında, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki şekilde işlenmektedir:

1. Veri Sorumlusu
   Kişisel verileriniz, GKV JMUN 26 Organizasyon Ekibi tarafından işlenmektedir.

2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler
   Ad, soyad, okul bilgisi, iletişim bilgileri (e-posta, telefon), delegasyon bilgileri gibi verileriniz işlenebilir.

3. Veri İşleme Amaçları

• Konferans kayıt sürecinin yürütülmesi

• Katılımcılarla iletişim kurulması

• Organizasyonun planlanması ve yürütülmesi

• Etkinlik bilgilendirmelerinin yapılması

4. Verilerin Aktarımı
   Kişisel verileriniz, yalnızca organizasyonun yürütülmesi amacıyla yetkili ekip üyeleriyle paylaşılabilir.

5. Veri Toplama Yöntemi
   Verileriniz, başvuru formları ve dijital platformlar aracılığıyla toplanmaktadır.

6. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız
   KVKK’nın 11. maddesi kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltilmesini talep etme ve silinmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz.

7. İletişim
   KVKK kapsamındaki talepleriniz için organizasyon ekibi ile iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
